Have you noticed that some of our behaviors become so ingrained that we aren’t even aware that we do them? One such habit that is particularly irksome is the female tendency to always apologize! Sorry, sorry, sorry… It seems like that word is always on the tips of our tongues, ready to be blurted out any time we accidentally nudge someone, or open our mouths to make a comment that may conflict in the slightest way with what someone else is saying (as in, “I’m sorry but I didn’t really like that book”) But are we sorry? In most cases, probably not. In fact, we most likely don’t even realize when we say it…
